“Morgan was EXACTLY what/who I needed to get, and more importantly to STAY on track. I always knew what I needed to do but have often lacked the consistency to make those things habits in order to achieve my goals. I’ve been working with Morgan for almost 2 years and was up/down a lot in the first year because I didn’t fully stick to the plan. Morgan stuck with me, and we adjusted the plan several times and figured out what worked for ME, my schedule, workout & food preferences, etc. so that it was attainable with a crazy schedule. And I don’t just mean adjusted food and workouts - adjusted true LIFESTYLE habits - sleep, setting boundaries at work to lower stress, etc. We decided it was time to dial it in around May, and here I am in October almost 30 (!!!!!!) pounds down and at my goal weight - a weight I haven’t been in over 5 years. But most importantly - I feel like myself again! I’ve built the plan Morgan has built for me into daily habits and they are like second nature to me now. “Morgan has been a godsend~ I've been trying to get fit/lose weight/blah blah for a while but without guidance it just ended in a hot mess with me giving up. I'm glad that I found her because with her guidance, it's been the most sustainable with the small steps... plus she listens to me whine and reassures me that it'll be ok. She's not about the insane shifts but gradual sustainable changes. She also makes me feel safe, so I'm able to express concerns without the fear of being judged (especially with my Bonchon cravings). i was a little hesitant at first. i wasn’t fully sure where i wanted to go with my fitness, i just knew that I wanted to cut but didn’t fully understand what that meant as my cuts before have been pretty unhealthy. this journey since about September 2024 with Morgan has been nothing short of insightful and amazing.

She truly takes the time to understand you as a person, and how you work out, and tailors from there. She never fails to answer even my silliest of questions, and will always be there if I have any concerns. I was injured for about 6 weeks and Morgan took absolutely zero time to ask me what my limits were and to adjust my plan to include my normal plan + leave space for my injury rehab.

She has checked in to see how I am feeling at every stage of this cut to make sure I am in a good space, and even helped me take a deload week after realizing that I was heading towards burnout ( something I assured her wouldn’t be an issue).

Morgan has helped me become a better gym goer / former athlete, and also a better coach to my own little athletes and ensuring they are healthy and working out in a safe, and comfortable environment with someone they trust.”

Morgan is simply the best at what she does - she is knowledgeable, encouraging, and so fun to work with. She is incredibly thorough when creating my workout plans. She provides easy to follow/helpful queues and adjustments to exercises which really ensures I’m working the targeted areas and I feel comfortable with all of the exercises in my plan. As a previous college athlete-this type of support and knowledge is very rare to find, and even harder to convey in a virtual setting, but Morgan nails it every time. Just in the last 4 weeks I was able to gain 2lb of muscle-which is awesome! Throughout my time working with Morgan, I have gained back the confidence to lift on my own, while having the best support system to help when my motivation waivers.
