Experience the power of personal training in an exclusive, supportive environment. The Strength Collective (TSC) is a women-only strength training group located in a private Falls Church studio.
Led by head coach Morgan and assistant coach Emily, TSC is designed for women who want to build serious strength, master their form, and thrive within a tight-knit community.
The TSC Private Studio Experience
We’ve traded the intimidation of big-box gyms for a private, focused atmosphere. Here, you don’t have to worry about crowded weight rooms or prying eyes - just expert coaching and a community that builds you up.
Women-Only Environment: A safe, empowering space designed specifically for female strength and wellness.
Elite Coach-to-Student Ratio: With a 5-participant cap and 1-2 trainers per class, you receive more individualized attention than any standard boutique fitness class.
Expert Instruction: Coaches Morgan and Emily guide you through every rep to ensure safety and progress.
All Levels Welcome: Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you’re looking to hit a new PR, our programming adapts to you.

Tuesdays 6pm, Saturdays 10am (Until April 14)
Tuesdays 6pm-7pm, Thursday 6pm-7pm (Starting May 5th)

There are three semi-private classes offered each week. If you can’t make your usual class, you’re welcome to attend another session that week or make it up at any available class within the same month.
