    • One private 1:1 coaching call/month for personalized strategy & support

    • Training program to follow between sessions

    • Guest pass - bring a friend once a month for free

    • Full access to the MHW coaching app, messaging, resources, and all community events

  • Classes are held at Encore Fitness - which is a private personal training studio.

  • There are three semi-private classes offered each week. If you can’t make your usual class, you’re welcome to attend another session that week or make it up at any available class within the same month.
