Wellness VIP

  • 8 Small Group Sessions/Month + Full VIP Coaching

    • 8 Semi-Private Strength Series sessions each month

    • Bi-Weekly Check-Ins with Morgan (Loom video feedback + progress tweaks)

    • Custom nutrition plan + ongoing coaching

    • One private 1:1 coaching call/month for personalized strategy & support

    • Training program to follow between sessions

    • Guest pass - bring a friend once a month for free

    • Full access to the MHW coaching app, messaging, resources, and all community events

  • Classes are held weekly at Encore Fitness in Falls Church VA 
  • All memberships are a 3-month contract 
  • All memberships get 10% off additional sessions (additional semi private & personal training) 
  • All memberships get access to additional events (private online and in person classes exclusive for members of MHW) 

 

Class Schedule for October-December 2025:

Classes will be scheduled based on participant sign up. Our goal is to have the classes fit YOUR schedule.

We will have 3 classes per week minimum, classes will be announced on September 21st.

  • A monthly check-in is a dedicated, once-a-month session (virtual, Google Meet) where we review your progress, update your goals, and troubleshoot any challenges together. This is your chance to get personalized feedback, adjust your training or nutrition plan, and celebrate your wins - big or small. It’s a focused, strategic touchpoint to make sure you’re moving forward with confidence. These will be held the first week of the month each month, and you’ll be able to select a time that works best for you and your schedule. 

  • A bi-weekly check in, more frequent touchpoint - done by submitting progress stats, photos, and Morgan will send you a detailed Loom video reviewing your progress. Here, you’ll share quick updates on your workouts, nutrition, and any obstacles you’re facing via the check in form. I’ll respond with support, accountability, and small tweaks to keep you on track between our longer sessions. These are designed to keep your momentum strong and your questions answered in real time.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Classes are held at Encore Fitness - which is a private personal training studio.

  • There are three semi-private classes offered each week. If you can’t make your usual class, you’re welcome to attend another session that week or make it up at any available class within the same month.
