  • The groups will be 3-4 women

  • That is no problem at all, these classes are meant for all skill levels. All you need to do is be ready to learn.

  • I totally get this question, because life happens! If you miss a session, you are more than welcome to attend another class during the month to make it up. You will have the availability to book a spot in another class if you need to.

  • Nope! Our studio will have everything you need. For your workout program designed for off days, there will be options for at-home or modified-equipment programs.
